Our Mission
Power the AI engine to make small molecules safer
Why FlashPath Exists
Drug developers rely on toxicology data to make critical decisions, yet the underlying data is scattered, inconsistent, and often impossible to analyze at scale. This slows discovery, obscures mechanistic insights, and contributes to high failure rates in the clinic.
We founded FlashPath to fix the foundation. By cleaning, unifying, and structuring the world’s largest toxicology datasets, we give scientists, modelers, and safety teams the clarity they need to make better decisions, faster.
What We’re Building
FlashPath is creating the first AI-enabling toxicology data platform, beginning with ToxiDex, a unified, scientifically cleaned collection of individual-animal toxicology data from the three largest global sources.
Our work focuses on:
High-quality data foundations for toxicology and safety
Tools that support predictive modeling, translational insights, and chemical exploration
Scalable infrastructure that lets scientists move faster with confidence
We believe the next generation of drug and chemical safety innovation starts with better data.
Our approach
We’re guided by a few principles:
Scientific rigor: Cleaning and structuring toxicology data with domain expertise and transparency.
Data-first AI: Building models on strong foundations, not patchwork datasets.
Partner-driven development: We design with input from toxicologists, modelers, and scientific teams.
Future-proof design: Infrastructure that supports everything from exploratory analysis to model-informed drug development.
Animal-conscious approach: Minimizing new animal testing by leveraging insights from existing data and prior studies.
Why now
Most of this data has been around for years, however, advances in AI has made the cleaning of these scattered and difficult to access datasets possible.
We can build predictive safety systems on top of unified, high-quality data.
FlashPath exists to make that possible; to help the industry reduce failures, improve safety decisions, and accelerate development.
